Audio of today's oral argument before the U.S. Supreme Court was made available via C-SPAN (here, via HowAppealing). This is a ground-breaking move and one that I vigorously welcome.

There much to write about the arguments presented in Ayotte v. Planned Parenthood (preview at SCOTUSBlog, how-to-pronounce at Slate). However, all I will say that our current Administration's Solicitor General Paul Clement (fascinating article in LegalAffairs) seemed to consistently beseech the Court to be judicial activists. Just interesting, that's all.
