LegalAffairs has a brief article on "wardriving." There are a great many links which I could include in this mention but I will only post one (for now). Of particular interest is an article (.pdf) published in the Virginia Journal of Law and Technology (site). Its treatment of the subject from social, technological, economic, and legal perspectives is not only informative but inspiring. Oh...and it makes me realize that I need some serious firewall protection ASAP.
