The Perfect Crime

May 10th's editon of All Things Considered included an interview with Brian C. Kalt (lawprof at Michigan State) [listen].

Prof. Kalt has published an essay in the Georgetown Law Journal which explains that our great nation includes a small sliver where, apparently, no federal court has jurisdiction thanks to a vague clause in the Constitution and an even more vague set of boundaries.

It's worth a listen if not a read.
